Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defects. If there is any quality defects, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below.


Product Defects

  1. If you received the parcel and found the defect products after you open the parcel:
  1. Take a photo of the defect product immediately and send to our customer service at 017-2053391.
  2. Upon confirmation of defect, we will do compensate within two (3) working days.


  1. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,
  1. Take a photo of the received product immediately and send to our customer service at 017-2053391.
  2. Upon confirmation that we have shipped the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you within two (3) working days.
