Returnand Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLEexcept for quality defects. If there is any quality defects, kindly refer tothe PRODUCT DEFECTS section below.

 

ProductDefects

1.   If you received the parcel andfound the defect products after you open the parcel:

a)   Take a photo of the defect productimmediately and send to our customer service at 017-2053391.

b)   Upon confirmation of defect, wewill do compensate within two (3) working days.

 

2.   If you found that the productreceived isn't same with what you ordered,

a)   Take a photo of the received productimmediately and send to our customer service at 017-2053391.

b)   Upon confirmation that we haveshipped the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send outthe exact product to you within two (3) working days.
