Our aim is to have your items shipped to youas fast as possible. VinegPlus aims to deliver the products around1-4 business days within East Malaysia upon received payment on purchase order.
We are unable toguarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame aswe are using third party courier service such as PosLaju, Mr Speedy, J&T,DHL, Ninjavan, City-link and GDex.
VinegPlus has nocontrol over the operating procedure by the third party courier services.Hence, in the case of delay in product delivery, VinegPlus willnotify users via email or mobile or Whatsapp message. If users did not receiveany email from VinegPlus more than 2 weeks, kindly contact vinegplus@nulifestyle.com or contact 017-205 3392 (Miss Claudia, Customer CaringManager).
If we are unable to meetthe estimated delivery date VinegPlus shall not be liable for anylosses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of latedelivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection, we may leave acard giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from thecarrier services.
To track your order,please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email or mobile orWhatsapp message of your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, pleasekeep the receipt of the delivered product.

For any reason agreed byus on a return, you are to return your product to: No.39-1, Jalan Seri Utara 1,Sri Utara Off Jalan Ipoh 68100, Kuala Lumpur. You agree and will be responsiblefor paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costsare non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping willbe deducted from your refund.
Depending on where youlive, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
